Pasadena, Texas, August 19, 2019 – Texas Citizens Bank (TCB) is rooted in Texas growth and takes pride in its history of supporting women’s financial business interests. A new community outreach series for all interested women begins October 17, 2019, at TCB. Greater Houston Partnership states that Texas is No. 1 in the Nation for Female Entrepreneurs.
“Women who strive to manage businesses, whether owners or employees, have complicated lives. TCB understands their challenges and works to serve the financial needs of businesswomen. Hosting the community outreach ‘Women, Wealth & Wine’ monthly series provides a network of education and contacts to businesswomen—from startups to seasoned businesses. TCB’s vast financial knowledge and extensive resources support our monthly outreach series. Experts will discuss important topics from financing options and resources to new tax laws, social media to negotiating—there is valuable new information and personal contacts to be made,” said Texas Citizens Bank SVP Beth Gilliard.
Gilliard’s impressive banking resume extends back more than 40 years. She has spent most of her career in the Treasury Management Services department. Beth and her team help Houston business customers manage and optimize their cash flow. They also match business owners up with additional business services based on specific business needs—online banking, merchant processing, fraud prevention services, and more—to improve efficiencies. She has been working closely with the bank’s marketing team to bring this educational women’s networking event to Houston, Texas.
Kickoff is Thursday, October 17, 2019 from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM at Texas Citizens Bank in Pasadena. Featuring Sandra Hudson, President of TrustBank Arizona, and CEO Wealth Management, whose 30-year finance career has supported women’s financial lives through the development of women’s wealth initiatives and professional advising of finance strategy, planning, and management. Hudson has received numerous accolades for her passion for women’s financial futures in business and philanthropic endeavors. Ms. Hudson is one of the Top 50 Influential Women in Arizona and has extensive philanthropic awards having served on numerous boards and founded several non-profit organizations. “Our alignment with TCB is as a strategic partner. We are excited to support women’s community wealth initiatives that strengthen all our communities,” states Ms. Hudson.
